This privacy policy sets out how Embodied Living uses and protects any information that you give Embodied Living when you are on our website.

How we use cookies

I currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal details
  • Current Situation
  • Medical History & Wellbeing
  • Personal History
  • Family History

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To help you achieve your outcomes
  • To understand factors that may have led to current situation

We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Third party referrals, such as EAPs or GPs

I use the information that you have given me in order to provide a service that meets your needs. I may share this information with agreed referral agencies (with your informed consent), or an executor in the event of my illness or death.

Your information is securely stored at Embodied Living.

Your notes are kept on file for seven years. After this time period your information will be securely deleted.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
